All contents were to be taken. All white goods included. All carpets and curtains were also required to be removed.
The following items were donated to local charities in West Kilbride: dining table and chairs, nest of tables, soft furnishings, handbags, suitcases, items of clothing and foot wear – both female and male, gift sets, knitting equipment, gardening equipment, books, jigsaws, board games, bathroom decor, paintings, wall clocks, 32inch TV, cassette player with speakers, records, tapes, kitchen appliances i.e Goodmans kettle and toaster set, travel kettle, unsealed food canisters, vacuum cleaner, steam cleaner (boxed) iron and ironing board.
The following items were recycled at a local waste transfer center in West Kilbride: two double bed bases, two fabric head boards, two double mattress’s, large bedroom furniture sets, draws, bedside cabinets, broken floor standing lamp, pots and pans, cups and saucers, cutlery, a large three piece sofa suite with two reclining arm chairs. All white goods were also recycled, white fridge freezer and washing machine.
During the house clearance a lot of food contents were found still in date, unopened and donated to a local food bank within the West Kilbride area.
Mobility equipment was returned to the relevant department, paperwork found within the property was destroyed via confidential waste.
