Probate valuation reports will be prepared within 5 days of our valuer’s visit and will provide a clear indication of the market value of each item within the estate. The valuation report will include images with clear and accurate descriptions enabling quick identification of items of value.

An early 20th century carved mahogany piano stool, the oblong padded drop in seat, covered in olde gold striped fabric, above a plain frieze and raised on winged caryatid capped cabriole legs with claw and ball feet.
An Edwardian carved mahogany display cabinet, he centre section with bulls eye glazed 15 panel cupboard door enclosing a glazed shelf to the pale green plush lined interior, flanked by a pair of bevel edged shaped mirrors and open shelves, the advanced lower section with moulded oblong top above a pair of conforming cupboard doors and interior, raised on straight cabriole fore legs, tied by a shaped under tier and glazed back.
