Our Pitlochry House Clearance team arrived at 09:00 AM on the day of the appointment, in one of our large luton furniture vans undertaken the property clearance in 2 hours total.
All contents were to be taken. No white goods included. No carpets, curtains or blinds were required to be removed.
The following items were donated to local charities in Pitlochry: crystal glass wear, small household decorative ornaments, a tall standing circular plant stand, door stoppers, a floor standing coat stand, a collection of board games, jigsaws, puzzles and arts and crafts, clothing items – footwear, hats, handbags, suitcases, accessories, costume jewellery, packs of unopened nail polish, a games console Xbox 360, posters, wall paintings, digital bedside alarm clocks, table lamps, a large silver plated glass mirror, sets of curtains, bedding, blankets, cushions, towels, soft furnishings, kitchen essentials, a brand new dining set – plates, bowls, mugs, a TEFL food processor, a Ken wood fruit blender, a silver fruit bowl, wall clocks, shower curtains, bathroom hanging wall decor, a small window mirror, toilet surrounding and rug.
The following items were recycled at a local waste transfer centre in Pitlochry: a large L shape cream corner sofa suite, a double orthopaedic mattress, a single memory foam mattress, a double divan bed base, a double brass head board, plug in air freshers, extension cables, small electrical heaters, cactus plants, a large glass fish tank (broken), kitchen appliances i.e a white Swan microwave, ceramic storage canisters, a Russell Hobbs kettle and toaster set, chopping boards, oven trays, dish drainer, pots and pans, cups and saucers, biscuit tin, bread bin, cutlery, food waste, paper waste, cleaning equipment, mops, buckets, sponges, sweeping brushes and domestic products.
The following items were also donated to a local British Heart Foundation store within the Pitlochry area: a chrome and black glass coffee table compromising black shelving beneath, a chrome and black glass TV unit, a glass and pine display unit, a white solid wood single bed frame, one white bedside table, two pink velvor bedside drawers, a solid pine dressing table and mirror, three yellow fold able square table trays, a vintage floral patterned chaise lounge.
Unopened toiletry’s were found during the house clearance i.e toothbrushes, face clothes, miniature tooth pastes, hand sanitisers, shower gels and soaps – All unused and sealed. Packs were put together and contents were donated at a local Homeless Shelter within the Pitlochry area.
