House Clearance Melrose: Dear Irving this email is further to my telephone conversation with you on Wednesday morning regarding the complete clearance and thorough clean of a two bedroomed semi-detached house in Melrose.
Also the complete clearance of two garden sheds and disposal of a motor car. In addition if possible the removal of the gas cooker and gas fire.
A recently deceased relative has left a property in an extremely bad state containing a large number of items in all the rooms.
The main rooms in the house are a living room, a kitchen, a utility area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The upstairs landing has a loft access and it is thought that the loft contains items but this is not known for certain.
Amongst all the items there is a large number of pieces of electronic equipment. At least three keyboards as well as a large, heavy, floor-standing multi-keyboard organ. There are around six or more notebook computers, printers and about four flat screen televisions. All the equipment is of no use.
Please would you provide me with a quotation to carry out the work to deal with this difficult house clearance.

The house clearance service was completed on behalf of the customer and the following items pictured below were removed from the property and donated to various charities. Our house clearance company transported the non reusable items from the house clearance to a waste recycling centre.
