Our team arrived on schedule at 09:00 AM, fully uniformed and equipped in their large luton furniture van. Unable to gain entry using the keys the Estate Agents had provided, we then had to travel back and forth to retrive another set.
The house clearance requirements were undertaken and finished 4 hours later. Three members of staff participated. Recycling all contents – 100%
The following items were donated to local charities in Banchory: A hotpoint washing machine, clothing, bedding and electrical appliances (boxed, brand new) headphones, dvd players, record player and numerous boxed toys, unopened.
Following items were recycled at a local waste transfer centre in Banchory: Sofa’s, bedside cabinets, white goods inc fridge, freezer and cooker.
The property was a delapitated one bedroom flat situated on the 6th floor with no lift access. The estate agents had advised us prior to attending the severity of the conditions we would encounter upon arrival.
During our house clearance duties, the building was under going fumigation from the back yard communal area throughout to the front. Our team was not phased and remained polite and proffesional.
